This site is SHIELD's commercial website and the channel through which a free-plan licence is requested. Access and browsing are free and require no registration; only the free-plan sign-up and the customer area ask for an email address.
Use of the SHIELD software is governed by its own licence terms, delivered with it and independent of these site terms.
2. Terms of use
By using this site you undertake to do so lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation. In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Requesting licences using third-party details or email addresses you do not control
- Attempting to circumvent the free plan's server limit by any means
- Automating requests in a way that degrades the service for others
- Reproducing the site's content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The SHIELD software, the ZEROWARN name and logo, and the text, images and design of this site belong to its owner, or the owner holds the rights needed to publish them. Third-party marks cited in the comparison belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only, in the exercise of the right to comparative advertising on verifiable characteristics.
4. Liability
The site is offered with all due care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The published figures correspond to specific measurements, described on the effectiveness page along with what was measured and over what; they are not a guarantee of the result on a different installation, which is precisely what the pilot lets you check.
The owner is not liable for configuration decisions taken on the product, nor for uses of the site contrary to these terms.
5. Links and third-party resources
This site loads no resources served from other domains —no fonts, no scripts, no images, no frames— and links to no third-party sites. Everything your browser loads when visiting it comes from this same domain.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the other party is a consumer, in which case the courts of their own domicile shall have jurisdiction.
